Job Description

Tech Support Analyst I - Bilingual technical support for Private Client Division. Working hybrid (home/onsite one day a week). We’re looking for an agent who has experience in an Enterprise type support environment. In-depth knowledge of Windows 10. Well-versed in all Microsoft applications such as Office, Exchange, and Teams. Prior experience with Win10 rollouts is a preference. Phone support skills and clear communication is a must.
