Production Operative

My client is a small but successful firm based in Coalville, who are involved in the manufacture of medical devices, primarily silicone, rubber & plastics They are now seeking a Production Operative to join them on a 12-week temporary leading to permanent basis Hours: 08.00 - 17.00, Mon - Thurs 08.00 - 13.00, Fri The business is an employee-owned business and as such all employees share in the company’s profit by way of regular bonuses £11.44ph basic, rising once permanent to include bonus After completing 12 months, bonuses then become tax free, along with additional benefits of working for a successful employee-owned company The role is working within a clean and friendly environment and offers excellent working conditions You will also be required to undertake packing duties as and when required Previous experience in assembly/inspection is preferable, however full training will be given
