Job Title: Student Engagement Coach
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time
Hours: 36 or 18 hours per week, 39 weeks per year
Salary: £25,747 - £30,408 per annum (pro rata for part-time posts)
Location: Uxbridge, Hayes, Harrow, and Richmond Campuses
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Student Engagement Coach to join our team. As a key member of our student support services, you will play a vital role in providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for our students.
As a Student Engagement Coach, you will be responsible for:
- Providing excellent customer service to students, staff, and external partners
- Developing and delivering programs to enhance student engagement and participation
- Collaborating with academic and support staff to ensure a seamless student experience
- Identifying and addressing student needs, concerns, and feedback
- Contributing to the development of student support services and initiatives
