Senior Product Owner - Data & Analytics Hybrid Working - 2x days per week in London 2 Year Contract INSIDE IR35 Up to £650 per day Change-IT are looking for a Senior Product Owner that specialises in data and analytics to join a large public sector authority based in London. This role will be for 2 years initially, with potential extension. This role is INSIDE IR35 paying up to £650 per day dependant on experience. Experience Required: * Strong experience of backlog development and gathering feedback on the product in an agile environment, including gathering requirements from stakeholders and developing these into effective user stories, demonstrating delivered functionality and gathering feedback from stakeholders, and ensuring this feedback is incorporated into the product by developing the backlog further. * Ability to balance competing tasks and demands effectively, such as ensuring that all assigned development teams are able to build consistently and with a constant flow of requirements. * Ability to lead and facilitate effective refinement sessions with Development Teams, providing suitable input a preparation ahead of refinement session to ensure successful outcomes * Effective communication with non-technical stakeholders about complex technical concepts to effectively define and prioritise the features, refine the scope, and collect the story requirements and acceptance criteria. * An excellent stakeholder manager with an engaging and nurturing ability in being available to multiple teams and stakeholders in order to answer questions and provide prioritisation of demands, ensuring that responses are given efficiently so as not to hold up delivery or development progress. * Capable at actively listening to, negotiating with and managing conflicts, in order to determine scope and prioritisation for teams, and to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and other technical roles to identify problems, determine solutions, and effectively manage delivery of an integrated product across multiple development teams and technologies * An excellent risk manager, capable of quickly identifying product-related risks, determining any suitable mitigations and agreeing these with dependent product areas, determining the impact to delivery and timelines of the risk and any mitigations proposed, and managing these decisions successful and escalating rapidly as required. * Capable at continually assessing and improving product processes within their teams, product areas, and on the wider programme to enhance the efficiency and quality of product development, agile practise and product strategy. * Excellent organisational skills, to ensure that features and stories are prepared and streamed to the teams to optimise the delivery flow. * Experience of implementing data & analytics systems and products using Azure tech stack Please follow the steps to apply and one of our screening team will be in touch if your profile matches up
