Facilities and Maintenance Engineering Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities and Maintenance Engineering Manager specializing in paint operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of our paint facilities, ensuring optimal performance, efficiency, and safety. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing paint systems, including automated and manual processes, and a strong background in maintenance engineering. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience (5 years) in facilities and maintenance management, specifically in a paint manufacturing or industrial setting. In-depth knowledge of paint application methods, materials, and equipment. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
