We have high expectations and a career at Associa means challenging yourself to always be better.As a licensed Strata Manager, you will be responsible for the relationship management with our strata council clients, handle day-to-day operational, maintenance, administrative, and financial management for the properties within your portfolio. Responsibilities of this position may include, but are not limited to:Managing a portfolio of residential strata complexesPrioritizing and conducting the business and projects generated by the portfolio in a timely mannerManaging projects, emergencies, contracts and contractors as generated by the portfolio in a timely mannerCreating meeting agendas, conducting meetings (some evening meetings required), and following up with accurate minutesAdministering financial matters of the portfolio including budgeting, analyzing expenses, and reviewing and coding invoicesRequirementsA valid Strata Property Management License is requiredA positive and enthusiastic, hands-on approach and be driven by delivering exceptional client serviceAbility to multi-task, balance multiple priorities and meet precise deadlines and manage clients’ expectationsAbility to work well independently and within a teamSuperior communication skills, both written and verbalSound knowledge of financial and budget reviews, and insurance policies relating to strata corporationBenefitsHybrid Work Model with work from home opportunities combined with in-office workAccess to support team37.5 hour work weekPersonal DaysSick daysTwo additional holidays recognized as statutory holidaysVacationBenefits PLUS spending dollarsExtended Heath and DentalCertified "Great Place to Work" by employees 3 years in a row!#LI-HYBRID#LIAB106-24
