Senior Works Manager

We’re working with fantastic multi-discipline contractor to recruit a Senior Works Manager. The role is very people focused managing a team of Agents and Foreman across the Southern region. You will be responsible for managing your team professional development, site resources, programme deadlines and quality across projects. The role will suit a strong personality who can make decisions for the benefit of both the business and safety of the teams on site. The Senior Works Manager will not be site based but roam across the region to motivate the workforce, meet deadlines and support with work winning. Their key projects as a principal contractor include, complex road construction, all drainage, junction improvements, bulk earthworks, flood alleviation and coastal work. With these projects it brings a mixture of clients inc. National Highways, local authorities and the Environment Agency.
