Responsibilities: Assist with various development approvals including planning approvals, design development, and liaison during constructionLiaise between all stakeholders, including consulting team, internal departments, government agencies and other developers as part of general project coordinationManage and review consultant proposal to build consulting team for development projectsProvide input on technical reports, drawings, and other consultant deliverables with a keen attention on grading and servicing feasibilityPrepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, filing, meeting minutes, financial reporting and other project reporting as requiredAssist with due diligence investigations on new acquisitionsStay current on new industry technologies and trends and municipal standardsHelp build industry and market presence and awarenessWhat You Bring: Post-Secondary Degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering or Real Estate/Business or related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in the real estate development industry and/or related practical experienceAn understanding and/or keen interest for of planning policies, regulations, and approvals processesExcellent oral and written communication skillsEffective research, organizational and problems solving skillsKnowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.Experience with AutoCAD and/or GIS would be considered a benefitA valid ‘G’ licence and access to your own vehicle is requiredCachet Homes is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate based on age, race, religion, gender, origin, disability, or any other status protected under Canadian law or ordinances.
