Location: Cheseaux, Switzerland Your Mission As a Generative AI Business Process Automation Engineer, you will be a member of the AI Center of Excellence of the Group and play a pivotal role in optimizing and automating business processes across our organization. You will leverage your expertise in automation technologies and generative AI to design, develop, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and drive innovation. Your Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation and improvement. Design and implement end-to-end business process automation solutions using various automation tools and technologies, including generative AI models and platforms. Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and other generative AI solutions to enhance existing processes and develop new automation capabilities. Utilize Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot as well as Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Q to deploy scalable and robust automation solutions. Develop workflows, scripts, and applications to streamline operations and reduce manual efforts. Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks and areas for optimization. Ensure the seamless integration of automation solutions with existing systems and applications. Monitor and troubleshoot automated processes, proactively identifying and resolving issues. Stay updated on emerging automation and AI technologies and recommend best practices for implementation. Create comprehensive documentation for automated processes and solutions. If You Have A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field. Proven experience in designing and implementing business process automation solutions. Experience or strong interest in generative AI, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Gen AI development. Strong proficiency in both French and English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in automation tools and technologies, such as Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, or similar. Knowledge of security best practices in IT process automation (would be a plus). Relevant certifications in automation technologies (would be a plus). If You Are A person with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
