Reporting to the Residential Sales Manager, you will be the main point of contact throughout the sales process, collaborating with Project and Installation Teams to ensure timely and satisfactory project completion.Key Responsibilities:Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with Developers and General Contractors in the mid-rise and high-rise residential real estate sectors.Identify new business opportunities with any businesses that use dumpster binPromote and sell trash compactionUtilize a Consultative Sales Approach to manage the sales cycle and maintain customer relationships.Network within the industry to generate leads and drive revenue growth.Work closely with Operations and Project Teams to ensure accurate information and deadlines for Tenders, Bid Requests, Quotes, and Proposals.Stay informed about customer needs, corporate priorities, and the competitive landscape.Regularly report on sales activities to the Residential Sales Manager to ensure goals and objectives are met.Maintain up-to-date documentation in CRM and identify key next steps in the sales process.Highly Valued Attributes:Possess a “Hunter” mindset.Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals and teams.Willingness to continually learn and ask questions.Organized, efficient, and able to provide timely information to customers and team members.Excellent communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously.Driven to excel in a fast-paced environment.Capable of handling difficult and complex customer situations.Demonstrate a high level of accountability personally and professionally.Qualifications:3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a construction or manufacturing setting.
