Job Responsibilities
Building customer relationships while providing exceptional customer service
Minimizing bad debt
Driving sales of loans, cheque cashing and in-store promotions
Balancing daily transactions
Planning budgets and monitoring revenue and expenses
Recruiting, training, and inspiring your team
Collecting on delinquent accounts
Planning, directing, and evaluating all daily operations
Reporting to your District Manager on a daily basis
Requirements
Valid Government Issued Photo ID
Clean Criminal Record
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Previous management or supervisory experience
Wage: Salary commensurate with experience.
