As a Service Advisor working for this independent Motor Dealer you will be required to handle customer enquiries, book customers in, arrange collections/deliveries, produce job cards, see customers in, obtain fleet authorisations, price up and sell additional work, keep customers informed of progress/delays, invoice, handle payments and handover vehicles.

Having worked in a Franchised dealership with experience of Kerridge will help your application.
