M&E Project Manager

M&E Project Manager | Dartford, Kent | £75K + Car & Additional Employment Package | Commercial Property Portfolio. Are you an experienced Mechanical / Electrical (M&E MEP) Project Manager? Do you have experience working with a wide range of projects from £50K - £2M? Would a local role in Dartford be of interest? We are actively recruiting for an M&E (Mechanical / Electrical) Project Manager who have experience within the commercial building services industry. You will be joining a dedicated Projects team, managing a wide range of M&E / MEP projects across the South East. As the M&E Project Manager you will be based in Dartford with travel out of the office to sites / clients as and when needed across London & the South East. Package: What is in it for you? * Basic Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 * Status: Permanent, PAYE * Company Car OR Car Allowance. * Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00am - 5:00pm. * Location: Your time will be split between head office, site visits and some hybrid working. Duties: * Managing a range of M&E (Mechanical / Electrical) Building Services projects ranging from circa £50K values to £2M values. * Projects could include; large emergency repair works, electrical / mechanical upgrades, conversions, new installations etc. * You will be responsible for managing both in-house labour and external sub-contractors and suppliers. * Visiting clients / sites. * Carrying out site surveys / quoting & estimating works. * Ensuring projects are delivered in a timely manner and remain within budgets. Requirements: * Must be qualified in either an electrical or mechanical trade discipline (ie: City and Guilds / NVQ Levels 2/3 or Part 2). * HND / HNC in a trade discipline is desirable but non essential. * Must have experience within a project management role previously. * Must have experience managing projects within a commercial use environment / with commercial systems. * Must be comfortable managing multiple projects as any one time. * Able to commute to Dartford with travel requirements across London & South East.
