Experienced Teaching Assistant - SEND Education SEND School Based in Richmond-Upon-Thames Full-timeWe seek experienced Teaching Assistants to support children with special educational needs. The is based in Richmond-Upon-Thames and caters for children within a provision for pupils from 4 to 11 years with moderate learning needs, many of whom have additional complex needs, including Autism. Your role as a Teaching Assistant will be to support the pupils on a 1:1 basis with their learning development and care needs while at school. Experience working with children with special educational needs is essential. However, we will also provide training. Job Responsibilities Experience supporting young adults or children in education Experience or willingness to assist with personal care Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively A valid DBS registered with the online update service or be willing to apply for a new DBS.
