Field Service Technician

The Field Service Technician position performs technical service and support day-to day business on ECO3 products to customers and internal staff. Major Accountabilities:Professional system installationRepair and fix in time and in line with Service agreementsCustomer satisfaction on project implementation and issue handlingCall screeningFor this position, we are looking for someone who:Has an Electrical/ Electronic Engineer degree with very good IT backgroundHas experience in Prepress quipment and network - it is a must!Has analytic and troubleshooting skillsHas the willingness to travel frequentlyHas fluency in English - it is mandatory!
