This is more than just a role—it's an opportunity to make a tangible impact on the future of our company. You’ll be working closely with our executive team, providing critical insights that drive key business decisions. In a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, you’ll act as a true business partner, combining advanced financial analysis with a deep understanding of our operational performance. You will report to the FP&A Director and join a team of 5 FP&A talents.What you will doLead planning, budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring of our global operational and financial performance.Define, forecast, and analyze key operational and financial KPIs such as GMV, revenue, marketing spend, customer lifetime value and opex.Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, supporting decision-making with insightful analyses and dynamic dashboards.Drive the automation and optimization of financial processes, including the adoption of cutting-edge reporting and forecasting tools.Conduct ad-hoc analyses on strategic initiatives, including M&A opportunities and international expansion.Who you areYou bring 4-6 years of experience, ideally within an e-commerce or tech environment.You hold a Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or a related field from a top-tier institution.You possess outstanding analytical skills, integrity, and a passion for tackling complex challenges.You’re a strong communicator, fluent in English and French, with the ability to influence senior management.You excel under pressure and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau is a must.You’re a team player, eager to collaborate, learn, and grow within a supportive team.What we offerA meaningful job with an impact on the way people consume fashion and promote sustainability.The opportunity to do career-defining work in a fast-growing French-born scale up.The possibility to work as part of a globally diverse team with more than 50 nationalities.Two days to help Project - reinforcing your activist journey and volunteer for an association.Significant investment in your learning and growth.Competitive compensation and benefits package.As full member of our entrepreneurial project, you will be eligible to free shares.Surveys show that women and members of underrepresented communities only apply for a job if they meet 100% of the required conditions.
