Role Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team. This is a full-time role starting in September, working closely with a young pupil who has special educational needs. Key Responsibilities: * Provide one-on-one support to a pupil in the EYFS setting. * Assist with the planning and delivery of tailored educational activities. * Support the pupil's social and emotional development. * Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members to ensure the pupil’s needs are met. * Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and contribute to their ongoing review and development. * Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Requirements: * Must have experience working with young children who have special needs. * A patient, caring, and empathetic approach. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team. * A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. * Relevant qualifications in education or childcare (desirable but not essential).
