Lead the charge to drive innovative procurement solutions that will streamline our operations and contribute to our sustainability efforts. In this forward-thinking role, you'll be pivotal in crafting procurement strategies that support our company's ambitions, while optimising costs and nurturing solid supplier partnerships. This is an opportunity that combines strategic vision with tangible achievements – a role where your influence extends beyond procurement, touching every facet of our business.Your responsibilitiesManage the budget, set category strategy, and deliver savings for local indirect spend excluding Working Media but, including:Local categories: promotional displays, local marketing spend, manage commercial fixed costsSupport some key global categories such as: copy production, market research, creative agencies and manage commercial fixed costs.Support all key projects. Owner of the sourcing recommendation and therefore influence the sourcing decisionsComplianceDrive compliance of the purchasing policies and increase procurement involvement coverage. Also responsible to monitor Supplier’s financial situation. Identify potential risks and take proper actions.Responsible for the contracting with the suppliers and increase the number of contracts covering the spend.Usage of Ariba platform to appropriately submit any business allowance for approvalTrack and report savings and NWC progress on a monthly basis using the NPS TrackerWork with local and regional Finance Team to validate and secure savings in the P&LIncrease Payment Terms whenever possible via direct negotiations or sourcing changes to more favorable suppliersThe experience we're looking for5+ years’ work experience in Procurement Department in an international company; previous experience in FMCG company will be a plusProven Category Management expertise, within Indirect, ideally with exposure across Marketing and Facility ManagementFamiliarity with leading complex, cross-functional, sourcing projectsA high degree of fluency of English & French is required for negotiations and internal communications; knowledge of other languages is a plusThe skills for successSupply Chain Management, Business Partnership, Collaboration and partnership building, Relationship Management, Business Acumen, Productivity management, Distribution Logistics, Management Third-party Logistics Providers, Supply Chain Planning, Vendor Negotiation, Contract Negotiation, Category Management Expertise, Supply Management, Procurement.What we offerWith inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.We invest in the wellbeing of our people through parental benefits, an Employee Assistance Program to promote mental health, and life insurance for all employees globally.
