SEN TA (Special Education Needs TA) Hours of Work: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Term Time Pay: £85-£100 per day Location: East Finchley, Barnet Job Type: Full Time, Long Term About the school: My client is a 1 form entry school who believes that while the educational standards are extremely important, so is the development of each and every child as an individual. The school has been graded as “outstanding” in their most recent OFSTED. About the role: Teach Now are currently recruiting an Early Years teaching assistant on behalf of a primary school based in East Finchley, Barnet. This is a long-term role starting in September 2024, continuing for the entire school year. Application Requirements: • Have previous experience of working in similar role with a proven track record. • Good understanding of EYFS. • Good command of Literacy and Mathematics to support and create engaging activities. • Ability to encourage positive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: • You will be supporting an SEN pupil on 1:1 basis, working towards their educational health and care plan. • You will carry out observations and keeping a record of the progress.
