Manager, Client Services – Business Development
We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development professional who is excited about the rewards that come with building out a new territory in an entrepreneurial organization. We are an established recruiting firm specializing in Contract and Permanent placement of Accounting and Finance professionals. We are executing a plan to double, and then triple in size with an immediate need for someone to build the west GTA territory with a longer-term vision of helping us grow the company.

Responsibilities
- Utilize technology and sales skills to generate new Accounting and Finance opportunities with current and prospective clients
- Lead in-person and video sales presentations to prospective clients
- Lead Job Order Pick-Up Process for new opportunities
- Identify and work with senior management to improve the sales process and offerings
- Manage and strengthen customer relationships over an extended period through social media, email, lunches, meetings, and in-person events
- Provide mentorship and guidance to Associate level colleagues
- Negotiate fee agreements for permanent and contract search services
- Implement post placement Quality Control process for all assigned clients
- Maintain a positive customer-friendly attitude while working with colleagues and clients while contributing to a positive candidate experience and work environment
- Actively seek opportunities to improve processes, assist team members and drive results for the Client Services team.
Job Requirements
Must Have:
- A proven track record in and level of excitement around building a new territory and winning new clients
- Ability to prospect, build relationships, and compete in a highly competitive market
- Competitive nature and demonstrated experiences in setting and achieving goals
- Post-secondary degree in; business, finance, accounting, marketing or human resources
- Driven to succeed with a high sense of urgency and desire for accomplishment
- Enthusiastic demeanor and a desire to work with people to provide high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborative with an ability to build strong internal and external relationships
Additional Assets
- CPA with a background in Accounting and Finance
- Previous experience selling recruiting services
- Previous experience in collaborating with Accounting and Finance professionals
