The product marketer is an important part in this team!As a Product Marketer, you will be an expert in bringing the voice of the customer into the roomand be responsible for communicating the features and benefits of our products throughcompelling storytelling to drive adoption.

Your impact

You’ll be a leading voice on the messaging, positioning, and adoption of new features and willplay a pivotal role in increasing the overall demand and revenue of Rentman’s products in keygeographical markets.

Your daily routine consists of conducting customer interviews, competitor research, and meetingwith product teams to understand the value of product updates and what it means for the user.You must be able to extract the core essentials, create content that resonates with end users,and equip commercial teams with market input and sales enablement.To accomplish these objectives you will work in a result-driven Product Marketing and Retentionteam placed in the heart of the Rentman organization embedded in the product, CX, sales, andmarketing departments. In this role, you’ll work in collaboration with a Lifecycle Marketer andreport to the Team Lead of Product Marketing & Retention.

What you'll do

Market, Industry, and Customer Feedback

Deeply understand our customers' needs, pain points, and decision-making processes in key geographical markets and industries.

Product updates

Understand the value of new features and what it means for the user,write communication, and implement initiatives to drive product/feature awareness andadoption.

Product information

Ensure all internal and external product information is alwaysup-to-date according to the latest information, highlights the right value propositions, andis in line with brand and communication guidelines.

Enablement

Create and maintain competitive battle cards and other collateral toincrease win rates in priority markets.

What we are looking for

  • Minimum a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Digital Marketing, Business or Communication
  • Ideally 2–3 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS
  • Excellent English proficiency, written and spoken
  • Organized, analytical and goal-oriented
  • Affinity with software development (B2B SaaS is a plus)

Do you have experience in the event/ media production industry in North America? That is a very big plus!
