Deputy Clinical Lead

Deputy Clinical Lead Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Clinical Lead who is a registered mental health nurse with expertise in dementia and elderly care. As the Deputy Clinical Lead, you will support the Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the care home, ensuring that the highest standards of care are provided to our residents. Responsibilities: - Support the Manager in daily operations of the care home - Ensure that the care home meets all regulatory requirements - Assess and evaluate the care needs of residents - Develop and implement care plans - Supervise and mentor care staff - Ensure that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date - Manage budgets and resources effectively - Build positive relationships with residents, their families, and staff - Participate in training and development programs Requirements: - A current and valid NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse - A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role - Proven expertise in dementia and elderly care - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Good understanding of CQC and regulatory requirements - Flexible and adaptable approach to work If you meet the above requirements and are passionate about providing high-quality care, we would love to hear from you
