Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs. Deliver high-quality, differentiated teaching to support the academic, social, and emotional development of SEN students. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, support staff, and other professionals to provide holistic support for students. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and participation. Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and other stakeholders. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated with the latest SEN teaching strategies and practices. Liaise with external agencies and specialists to support the diverse needs of our students. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Proven experience working as an SEN Teacher, preferably within a school setting. Strong knowledge of SEN best practices and legal requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create a nurturing and supportive learning environment. Commitment to ongoing professional development and collaboration.
