Position Summary Dr. F.W. Green Memorial home has an exciting opportunity for a Casual Staffing Services Scheduling Clerk to join their team in Cranbrook B.C! This position works Days/Evenings - 05:00 to 14:24, 08:30 to 16:30, 14:12 to 23:36, 16:00 to 20:00, 15:36 to 23:36, 07:00 to 15:00, 08:00 to 16:00 This is a Casual opportunity. Casual means there are no guaranteed hours and work requirements can vary from 0 - 37.5 hours per week. What Will You Work On? In this role you will work in a customer-focused, team-oriented framework performing staffing, scheduling and payroll clerical functions in a fully automated system. Some typical duties will include: • Receives and processes requests for vacancy coverage to ensure staff compliment baselines are met; • Allocates and calls in relief staff to fill vacancies; • Receives and processes on-staff, payroll removal notices and change notices; • Reviews and audits timekeeping records; • Reviewing, calculating and editing on call and call back hours; • Data entry; • Reception and clerical duties.
