If so, come join us and help redefine the Canadian banking landscape! What you will be doing: This role leads the Secured Lending product management and sales team and reports to the Director, Lending Solutions.  It is responsible for growing the secured lending business as a key driver of deepening our relationships with Tangerine clients.  This individual will be responsible for leading the strategy and operationalization of Tangerine’s mortgage growth, including HELOC.  The role has direct P&L ownership, product and pricing strategy and leads the internal sales team comprised of Manager(s) and account managers.  The individual is accountable for financial/non-financial risks, ensuring the adherence to our internal controls and governance of key processes and risks.  Is this role right for you?
