The ideal candidate will be solution-oriented, eager to learn, and capable of developing their own processes. A background in the dental field is highly preferred.This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively pitch solutions to clients’ problems.Reports to: VP of salesKey Responsibilities:Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels (no cold calling)Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clientsPresent, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customersAchieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the scheduleCoordinate sales efforts with team members and other departmentsAnalyze the market’s potential, track sales, and provide status reportsSupply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and servicesContinuously improve through feedback and self-driven learningListen to clients’ needs, take feedback, and develop personalized processes and solutionsTake the initiative to identify problems and pitch effective solutions to clientsQualifications:Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the dental industryPrevious experience as dental technician or dental background highly preferred.Excellent knowledge of MS OfficeFamiliarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationshipsHighly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in salesExcellent selling, communication, and negotiation skillsPrioritizing, time management, and organizational skillsAbility to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needsRelationship management skills and openness to feedbackAbility to listen, take in feedback, and come up with effective solutionsBachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferredWorking Hours:Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PMWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and commission structureComprehensive benefits packageOpportunities for professional growth and developmentA positive and collaborative work environmentBenefits (dental, vision, medical)Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: In person, on-site
