HSE Advisor Solihull, West Midlands Permanent £30,000 - £35,000 + £4,000 Car allowance We have partnered with a global engineering/servicing organisation, who are looking to appoint a HSE advisor to be based at their site in Solihull, West Midlands. The HSE Advisor will be responsible for ensuring that the business is compliant with all current HSE legislation across the site and that systems are maintained. A great opportunity to work on a large fast-paced site, where you will be exposed to a multitude of risks from confined spaces, LOLER, PUWER and LOTO to name a few. The Role of the HSE Advisor: Support and guide on various site HSE matters Build relationships with key stakeholders across the site, promoting the development of a positive culture and best practice Ensure all H&S training needs are fulfilled Audit site-based management systems to ensure full compliance Develop and run HSE workshops and meetings The HSE Advisor Candidate: 1-2 years' experience within a HSE role Experience within an automotive manufacturing or service provider environment is essential Ability to strongly influence various internal stakeholders Experience of confined spaces, LOLER, PUWER and LOTO Experience of ISO 14001 & 45001 Knowledge of Behavioural Safety and implementation experience is beneficial NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent NVQ Vacancy Reference: PR/(phone number removed) Vacancy Owner: Ryan Binnee | (url removed) | (+44) (phone number removed) | (+44) (phone number removed)
