Your new company Our client is a global software, innovation, and consulting company that combines science and technology with deep industry expertise to solve complex subsurface and surface challenges for the new energy industry around the world.Your new roleYou will work closely with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives and ensure the effective operation of the organization. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a track record of successfully managing projects and teams. Simply put, as part of the CEO’s office, you are tasked with defining the corporate strategy and closing the gap between strategy and execution.Developing the organizational strategy execution plan and monitoring the progress against key deliverables, milestones, and timeframes.Developing and tracking the organizational OKRs.Implement monthly and quarterly business reviews with the CEO and develop supporting collateral. Quarterly performance reports for the Board.Supporting the VPs with internal communications.Lead special projects/programs, including project planning, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.Conduct research, analyze data, and provide insights to support decision-making by senior leadership.Create a dashboard to track company-wide OKRs and key metrics.Lead internal comms, strategy communication, and employee all-hands meetings.Participate in creating a business continuity plan. Lead managing crisis situations and own all internal responses and comms.Lead leadership offsites by creating the agenda, theme, speakers, CEO’s keynote, and track action items.What you need to succeedBachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
