To support Renault Trucks International Chief Controller for the overall financial management of the company, including closing, planning, budgeting, reporting and financial control systems we are now looking for a Business Controller. This position is opened for all talents who would like to join commercial controlling in a sales area as a springboard to reach international positions in the future.   What is the mission ? As Business Controller, you will have the responsibility to deliver in coordination and collaboration with markets controllers the required analysis to support action plans and management decisions.  When needed, suggest any process improvement by implementing all RPA (Robotics Process Automation). A specific time will be dedicated for understanding cost development for new trucks and parts. In a moving environment with inflation, a major time need to be dedicated to understand impacts on profitability and corrective actions on pricing. Part of the flow is on foreign currency, and you will have to follow in collaboration with the markets the currency impacts and the way of handling it. In addition, you will act as matter expert on some activities in order to support our markets. Your main driver will be to secure the quality in the financial reporting, give constant feedback of the performance and highlight deviations.  Key Priorities   •    Perform Business Control with all commercial activities (full profits and losses) •     Secure a true and fair view of Africa and GME reported figures by controlling the financial records which feeds the financial reporting •    Contribute to the management control system by coordinating, executing and follow-up the Financial Plans (Business Plan and Forecast/-s) and on regular basis to perform analyses presented in financial reports. •    Challenge daily all the tasks performed in order to propose and implement all solutions to reduce non valuable activities (RPA / Value Stream Mapping) •    Be an instant support for the RT International Chief Controller, by performing assistance in ad hoc controlling matters and constantly address potential areas of improvement.   Who are you?
