School Cover Supervisor

Cover Supervisor – Brighton We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Cover Supervisor to join a secondary school in Brighton. This role is perfect for individuals with experience working with young people and who are keen to step into a classroom environment. What is a Cover Supervisor? As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise lessons in the absence of the regular teacher. You will ensure students remain on task, manage classroom behaviour, and deliver pre-set work to various classes across Key Stages 3 and 4. You won’t need to plan lessons, but you will need to be confident in managing a classroom and maintaining a productive learning environment. Key Requirements: * DBS on the update service is essential * At least 6 weeks of experience working with large groups of young people * Confidence to manage a classroom independently * Up-to-date safeguarding training * UK school-based experience is a must Pay: * £110 per day If you are passionate about education, confident in your ability to manage a classroom, and looking to gain valuable experience in a school setting, we would love to hear from you
