ISDA/FBF Lawyer

Kalexius is a leading international provider of managed legal services to in-house legal departments. In the context of our rapid growth, we are currently looking for a: ISDA/FBF Juriste/Negotiator - Paris - Temp Contract 6 months - Hybrid We are looking for a lawyer with experience in negotiating ISDA/FBF documentation who also would like to, or has experience in, managing projects. You will ideally be based in Paris, and remote working is possible. You should have a pragmatic, business-minded approach as you will be working closely with the business teams. The project will allow keen candidates to develop their legal skills and form part of a friendly and dynamic team. Skills and experience: You have a law degree and have at least 1.5 years' experience negotiating master agreements. Strong legal and analytical skills. Ability to work to deadlines. Ability to establish credibility quickly with client business lines and other internal functions. Ability to work as part of a team, approachable. Clear and effective communication - You must be fluent in English and French and be able to draft in both languages. #J-18808-Ljbffr
