Despatch Administrator

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Despatch Administrator to join our client in Poole, they are a well established local company who are now recognised as a leading global brand  You will be an integral part of the team as they have a global portfolio of customers, you will be sending orders within the UK, Europe, USA and ROW, which will be a mixture of road, sea and air freight.  This is a straight permanent opportunity that can offer an immediate start. You will be working Monday to Friday with an earlier finish on Fridays, the salary is £24,000-£28,000 DOE.  The duties for the successful Despatch Administrator:  Achieving daily despatch schedules  Keeping on top of the progress of customer Sales Orders Preparing accurate and compliant shipping and export documentation Despatching goods from the CRM/ERP system Negotiating with suppliers on price and lead time Raising Works Order, Purchase Orders & Subcontract Purchase Orders Assisting within the factory and warehouse as and when needed during busy periods.Requirements to be considered for this Despatch Administrator vacancy: Previous experience within a despatch administrator role Good eye for detail Ability to priorities yourself and work load accordingly Confident speaking on the phone Excellent administration skillsBenefits for the successful Despatch Administrator Early finish on Fridays Free on site parking company events  EAPIf you are an experienced Despatch Administrator and keen to start your next challenge within a friendly and supportive company, please apply with your CV and Yasmin will call you
