SENIOR TECHNICAL ANALYST, WINDOWS

As a key member of the technology team, you are responsible for managing a complex Windows server environment and storage infrastructure.

You are highly collaborative, have excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem solving skills, with an ability to consistently achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. You have a proven ability to develop and implement solutions and to effect organizational change in an energetic, fast-paced environment. You are focused on delivering effective quality technical solutions to meet the organizations needs.

You provide technical expertise in the areas of performance management, server administration, virtual server technology, enterprise storage area networks and backups, in addition to providing technical guidance for a virtualized Windows server platform. You manage shore and vessel server rooms throughout the fleet and provide daily operational support to the Data Centres.

You have 7+ years’ experience building, maintaining and providing support for enterprise level server and storage environments across multiple Data Centres. You have a Degree or a Diploma in Computer Science or an IT-related discipline. Microsoft certification (MCSA, MCSE, MCITP) and VMware certification is highly desirable. Enterprise storage deployment and administration is also an asset.
