Project Manager * Salary Range £40 – 45k * Minimum of 5 years experience of project management / Project delivery in the construction industry (civils ideally) * Hybrid working available * BIK - Car allowance, optional Healthcare scheme after 1 years service * 40 hours/week * 33 days holiday/yr including bank holidays and Christmas Shutdown Job Description We are looking for motivated people who enjoy the challenges and opportunities of working in the water sector and who possess a strong can-do attitude as part of a close team. The role of the Project Manager is to deliver bespoke water treatment solutions from concept to installation, ensuring accurate and efficient project delivery in terms of quality, safety, time and budget. You will be working as part of a small team involved in all aspects of project delivery. This position has a competitive salary dependent on skills and experience, You will be expected to demonstrate good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. Key responsibilities will include: * Supporting both small and large-scale projects * Ensuring projects stay within timescales and budget * Co-ordinating, planning, and managing the project quickly through various processes * Estimating, Cashflow forecasting and cost analysis for each project. * Interacting with clients at a project and framework level, and attend and lead project and framework meetings internally and with clients - Interacting and leading communications with team members, as well as other support staff * Ensure compliance with Environmental and H&S procedures, risk assessments and safe systems of work. Skills and experience required: * Degree level/ HNC/HND qualification within an Engineering discipline * Relevant experience in project management and delivery, or a similar role in a construction related industry, preferably in a highly regulated environment * A proven track record of project delivery and ability to complete tasks * An understanding of CDM duties * An understanding of NEC3 contracts * The ability to meet deadlines * Flexibility to manage multiple tasks with multiple customers in a timely manner * Confidence to drive a site team in order to get the best results for a project * Good IT skills including Word and Excel, experience with MS Project would be beneficial * CAD Drawing skills preferable * Good organisational skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * A positive attitude toward work * Ability to work proactively under own initiative * A flexible approach to work * Driving licence Benefits: * Discretionary bonus / 33 days’ holiday (including bank holidays) / Pension scheme / Private medical plan / Car Allowance
