Senior Site Agent

Site Agent Location: Bristol Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 Reports to: Project Manager and Senior Project Manager Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for delivering excellence in Highways infrastructure projects? We're seeking a dedicated Site Agent to join our dynamic team in Peterborough. As a Site Agent, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and within budgetary constraints. Key Responsibilities: ·Collaborate effectively with designers and stakeholders to ensure project alignment. ·Work closely with the Senior Project Manager, estimating, and commercial teams to develop and secure robust budgets and project submissions. ·Facilitate collaborative workshops as needed to drive project progress and innovation. ·Ensure adherence to commercial processes in procurement activities, striving for optimal value. ·Oversee all pre-commencement and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance before project initiation. ·Plan and execute the project lifecycle, from inception to completion, ensuring all Temporary Works (TW) processes are implemented. ·Coordinate with utility services and establish site offices and compounds. ·Champion the adoption of innovative technologies and techniques to enhance project outcomes. ·Collaborate with the Risk Manager to identify and manage project risks and opportunities. ·Take ownership of project delivery and quality standards, ensuring adherence to specifications.   Desired Qualifications and Experience: ·HNC/Degree in Civil Engineering ·Membership of a relevant professional institution ·Temporary Works Coordinator certification ·Utility Service Coordinator experience Benefits: ·Car allowance of £5000 or select from provided car list. ·6% Company pension contribution. ·28 days holiday plus bank holidays. ·2 Optional Charity days. ·Option to purchase 3 additional holiday days. ·Private Health care with the option to add family or partners for a nominal fee.
