Regional Culinary Lead
BaxterStorey UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Culinary Lead to join our team. As a key member of our culinary leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our regional culinary operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Food in delivering our culinary vision across the region.
- Provide strong culinary leadership and expertise to multiple locations within the region, ensuring adherence to quality standards, recipes, and culinary guidelines.
- Collaborate with culinary teams to develop innovative and appealing menus that meet customer preferences, dietary restrictions, and regional market trends.
- Train, mentor, and motivate culinary staff to achieve excellence in food preparation, presentation, and service.
- Maintain strict quality control standards across all locations, ensuring consistency, taste, and presentation of dishes.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
- Manage food and labour costs within budgetary constraints.
- Foster strong relationships and effective communication with other departments, such as operations, marketing, and procurement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience within a demanding kitchen at the relevant level.
- Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate or above.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to negotiate and build relationships with suppliers.
