Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with Omega PLC, a leading manufacturer of high-quality, branded kitchens, with the exciting appointment of a Commercial Manager.  This is a key hire and an excellent opportunity to work for an established and stable business which prides itself on quality design, first-class manufacture, and excellent service to customers. As Commercial Manager you will take full responsibility for the commercial delivery of high-end projects, ensuring contracts are managed from tender to successful financial completion. The Commercial Manager will be responsible for: Ensuring the successful commercial management of all projects Taking full commercial responsibility from contract award through to completion and final account Managing contracts, variations, and changes with customers Managing, leading, and developing a commercial team Developing productive key relations with a range of clients, suppliers, and subcontractors Working closely with internal departments to ensure successful, profitable outcomes The Commercial Manager will need: Previous substantial commercial management experience Excellent people management skills Experience of FF&E or interior fit-out as part of projects advantageous Good communication skills with the ability to influence An understanding of manufacturing Experience of managing and delivering multiple projects Experience of SAP or similar software Our client prides itself in the delivery of quality products and services.
