You will contribute to the design, implementation and running of all L&D functionalities in Pluxee HRIS, will be in charge of deploying and supervising workshops, training and other activities that help the organization's employees develop professionally and support the business and people strategy.*This position can be based in any country in Europe where Pluxee operates.Key ResponsibilitiesLearning & Talent Development Strategy:Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and talent development strategy that aligns with overall business objectives and talent growth goals.Partner with the Pluxee HRIS (CHRIS) teams to design, deploy, and continuously enhance relevant L&D and talent management functionalities, ensuring they cater to the evolving needs of employees and stakeholders across the organization.Learning & Development:Conduct training needs analysis using CHRIS to identify skill gaps and create targeted development programs that support employee growth and organizational readiness.Design, develop, and deliver diverse learning programs, including eLearning, virtual training, and in-person workshops, ensuring a high return on investment (ROI) and impactful learning experiences.Create engaging and interactive learning content using various authoring tools and develop supporting materials such as participant guides and assessments.Manage and optimize the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions while tracking program impact and performance metrics.Continuously improve learning offerings by analyzing post-training evaluations and feedback to ensure alignment with business needs and learner engagement.Talent Development:Collaborate with business leaders to design and maintain a dynamic job catalog and skills framework that addresses evolving organizational and industry demands.Conduct workforce planning analysis utilizing CHRIS data to ensure the organization is prepared to meet future business and talent needs, identifying gaps and developing strategies for closing them.Design actionable strategies for talent development.Stay current with industry trends and best practices in both learning and talent development to foster continuous innovation and competitive advantage.Work closely with leadership to ensure that all learning and talent processes are well-integrated into the broader business and people strategies, promoting a culture of continuous growth.You're a match:You bring a strong background in learning and talent development, with a passion for driving meaningful employee growth in a fast-paced global environment.Master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field7+ years of experience in related role for large / global companiesStrong experience with talent management systems and processes (Workday or other, competency framework based talent management)Experience and knowledge in workforce planningExperience with virtual training delivery methodsProven track record of designing and delivering successful training programsExperience developing eLearning content and managing LMS platforms (Experience with Workday is a plus)Ability to work in a fast-moving environmentStrong relationship skillsExcellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skillsExcellent project management abilityFluent English; French or Spanish language mastery is a plusTo get this challenge:Video call with Pluxee TA expertVideo call/ f2f meeting with VP Talent & development - Gergana YordanovaVideo call / f2f meeting with Pluxee SVP HR - Laure PourageaudYour manager:Gergana Yordanova -VP Talent & DevelopmentYour Location:Preferred: any Pluxee country in Europe #J-18808-Ljbffr
