Salary: £150,000, plus car or car allowance

Executive Network Group have been retained with a leading utilities business, who are seeking an Engineering Director to transform their engineering function, providing strategic leadership and organisational oversight.
As the Engineering Director, you will lead the engineering division to ensure the provision of engineering technical expertise and oversight across the end-to-end asset lifecycle, ensuring that the operation is safe, reliable, compliant and high-performing.

Role
• Transform the engineering department to establish an efficient function
• Ensure safe, reliable and compliant operation
• Manage key stakeholder, both internally and externally with regulators
• Embrace innovation throughout the department
• Drive commercial value and delivering cost savings
• Provide strategic leadership and direction, comprised of a multidisciplinary team

Person
• Experience of change management principles and their implementation
• Experience of capital projects, asset maintenance planning
• Experience in delivering complex engineering in real-time operations
• Experience in the utilities sector
• Understanding of the regulatory environment
