The business are seeking an experienced and dynamic Block Manager Manager to join their dedicated team. This is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the construction of these residential projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Main Responsibilities - Well rounded Block Manager who has internals experience as well as groundworks/frames/envelope experience. Ambitious individual seeking to become a PM in 2/3 years. * Manage day-to-day operations on site, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and to budget. * Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of site managers, subcontractors, and tradespeople. * Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance. * Liaise with architects, engineers, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression. * Oversee quality control and ensure all work meets the company’s rigorous standards. * Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management. * Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on site efficiently and effectively. * Foster a positive, collaborative working environment. Qualifications and Experience: * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within residential construction, preferably in high-end or luxury housing. * Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and health and safety standards. * Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
