Assistant Site Manager

Albion Search are currently working with a highly regarded national house builder to appoint an Assistant Site Manager on a 14 week freelance contract just on the outskirts of Middlesbrough. The ideal candidate will have volume house building experience with either a regional or national PLC builder. Roles & Responsibilities * H&S * Managing certain trades & sub-contractors * Overseeing snags/finishing * Ensuring plots are ready for CML * Assisting the Site Manager with daily tasks * Assisting with inductions You must have a valid and in date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Card, along with the above relevant experience within the house building sector.
