Our Strategic Finance Partners will act (in effect) as Heads of Finance to the wider individual members of the Group Executive team, divisional managing directors, and broader senior leaders. You will provide expert financial support helping to shape and deliver on the functional and divisional/subsidiary strategy. Supporting the Group Finance Leadership Team, the successful candidate will help define and financially model multiple strategic outcomes using both internal and external market-wide insight, challenge the current state, and financially support the journey to target state. These brand new positions are an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on our business during a time of significant growth. About You You will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with previous experience of strategic finance business partnering to senior Executive level stakeholders. You will have proven experience establishing effective and credible partnering relationships with multiple business areas up to Board level. It is crucial that you will have strong communication skills and be able to influence a diverse range of stakeholders to deliver complex information in a compelling way.
