We are currently seeking a Sales Director to join our Senior Leadership team.The Sales Director is trusted to lead and empower our sales team to meet growth and financial targets. The successful candidate for this role will have proven leadership experience demonstrable through a track record of serving high-performing teams. This is a role where you are leading other sales leaders, responsible for the success of the team overall.Primary Duties And ResponsibilitiesEmpower our Territory Managers to accomplish monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals through their sales teams.Regularly meet with Territory Managers to assess overall performance.Analyze behaviors and results for all sales teams, and provide feedback and guidance to Territory Managers.Create growth strategies with our Territory Managers that are specific to their teams and territories.Sustain sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors and supply and demand.Work with internal teams on behalf of our customers to ensure the highest level of customer service.Work with the sales and leadership teams to develop our annual sales and profit plans.Analyze sales data and processes to make data-driven recommendations on changes to executives.Collaborate with the Director of Brand and Marketing to create and execute promotions and campaigns.Partner with Territory Managers, Marketing, and People and Culture to establish and maintain a formal sales training program to enable the sales team to achieve their personal and professional goals.Requirements5+ years of proven leadership experience, with 3+ years leading other sales leaders.Experience managing conservative margins, profitability and growth in a leadership role.Proven ability to drive the sales process through strong coaching skills.High degree of positivity and self-awareness coupled with effective communication and leadership skills.Willingness to roll up the sleeves and do what it takes to support the team.Ability to understand the technical aspects of our industry and articulate our unique value-proposition to customers and candidates.Knowledge of how to develop client-focused, differentiated and achievable sales strategies to drive Keep forward. #J-18808-Ljbffr
