£20k - £40k pa + benefits + stable & long-term career opportunity with a reputable and growing company. Our client a successful plumbing and heating company with project across North Yorkshire and the North Est are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced or Trainee Plumbing & Heating Estimator to join their team. You will be responsible for reviewing project plans and specifications and coordinate with the team to confirm complete scope, identifying risk issues, solicit subcontractor and/or supplier information & pricing, prepare conceptual budgets based on minimal information, ensure the flow of project information is maintained and documented, review and/or manage the review and scoping of speciality contractor bids, maintain and communicate data on construction and material cost trends affecting project costs, analyse alternate means and methods to determine the most economical alternative. You will build effective relationships with clients, design team, speciality contractors, suppliers, and user groups that reflect and support company core values and meets or exceeds the customer's expectations and perform other related duties as needed. To qualify, you will have previous experience in plumbing and heating estimating, coupled with a relevant qualification. You will have a current full UK driving license. Our client is open to the level of the candidate. They are happy to take on a trainee or a more seasoned estimator
