They are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Lead to oversee the company's quality management system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ISO audits and BRC standards, with experience in driving continuous improvement and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate external and internal audits, ensuring successful ISO and BRC certification. Ensure compliance with ISO standards and BRC requirements. Develop, implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure product consistency and adherence to regulatory standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the organisation. Communicating with customers / customer meetings ensuring regulatory requirements are met or exceeded through effective quality assurance processes. Report on quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Liaise with suppliers and customers to address any quality concerns and ensure ongoing compliance. Proven experience as a Quality Lead or similar role, with strong knowledge of ISO audits and BRC standards. Experience managing quality systems in any industry, with a focus on continuous improvement and compliance. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality control processes. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams at all levels. Experience with audit preparation and leading audits for ISO and BRC certification
