Recruitment Consultant

Job description RSW are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Bridgend. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Recruitment. You will be responsible for lead generation, relationship management, and utilising platforms. Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes - Track candidate progress and manage applications - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs - Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications - Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients - Provide guidance on recruitment best practices Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Excellent organisational and time-management abilities - Demonstrated success in lead generation and relationship management £25,000- £29,000 per year Monday- Friday On call on a rota basis Job Type: Permanent Pay: £25,000 to £29,000 DOE Benefits: * Company pension * Cycle to work scheme * On-site parking * Referral programme Education: * Bachelor's (preferred) Experience: * Recruiting: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: * Driving Licence (preferred)
