Job Title: Production Team Leader Location: Dagenham Salary: £39,000 Contract: Permanent Our client is a leading player in the automotive industry, committed to excellence in production and innovation. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Team leaders  to join their team and drive their manufacturing processes to new heights. Key Responsibilities of a Team Leader include: Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of operatives, ensuring production targets are met, quality standards are upheld, and health and safety regulations are followed. Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations Quality Assurance: Maintain high quality standards and promote continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and product quality. Cost Efficiency: Identify and address performance-related issues, optimise processes, and manage resources effectively to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Qualifications & Experience: ILM Level 3 or equivalent qualification. Demonstrable experience managing a team in an assembly automotive setting. Strong understanding of the automotive industry. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Working hours: This role operates on a rotating shift pattern, requiring flexibility to work across various shifts to ensure continuous production coverage.
