Job Title: Product OwnerLocation: Montrel, QCDuration: Full-time rolePRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESCommunicate effectively - both verbally and written - with technology and business partners to include strong discussion, debate and listening skills and the ability to look beyond obvious answers to understand impacts.A minimum of 10 years of experience in Fixed income, securities etc., Strategy, Business Analysis or System analysisCreatively design workshops and user sessions by identifying suitable participants, being clear about outcomes and approach (interviews, online whiteboarding, surveys, card sorting, etc.)Ability to empathically understand and articulate user needsAnalyze data gathered through user/stakeholder interactions and apply design thinking to draw out goals/business needs/problem statement/opportunity to be addressed, workflows/user journeys, personas and high-level solution outlineWork collaboratively with product and development team to draw out solution intent with capability roadmap and milestones. Facilitate architecture runway with development leads, influence technical design to ensure it aligns with business objectivesClearly understand and articulate dependencies that will influence sequencing of developmentRun Program Increments and facilitate quarterly planning across teams.
