Finishing Manager

Finishing Site Manager Mid Cornwall  Long Term contract! One of the region's busiest contractors with a healthy pipeline of work across multiple project sectors is seeking a Finishing Manager to compliment their existing team and help in the timely delivery of a new build contracting scheme.  Providing full support to the Project Lead, they are in a need of a focussed and driven "boots in the ground" Site Manager able to confidently oversee site operations during the finishing stages of the project whilst ensuring that Health & Safety, Quality standards and timescales are upheld. It's essential that you'll have previous experience of major main contracting (build) schemes, gained ideally within a Tier 1 contracting environment with knowledge of Principle contractor processes and standards. In addition to having good organisational skills, you’ll also need to have the usual SMSTS, CSCS card (Black or Gold) and First aid at work.  A sound communicator with a good eye for detail, it’s essential that you can thrive in a team environment and that you have a solid understanding of the construction industry.
