The Role: Senior Bridging & Development BDM Location: London About: Our client offers first & second charge bridging loans secured against residential, semi-commercial & commercial properties, offering short-term lending from £150k & £15m. Joining a team with a solid foundation and an excellent reputation for delivering fast bridging solutions, you will play a vital role in their growth, benefiting from opportunities for professional development and career progression. What's on offer: * From £75k plus - depending on evidenced sales per annum * Generous commission - OTE £100K + * Attractive overall package, holiday, and benefits * Hybrid working * Opportunities for career progression, senior level * All travel expenses paid for * Use of existing CRM system * Source of leads from existing clients * Full underwriting support Responsibilities: * Drive new business through all channels, zoom, face-to-face, telephone, networking * Will have strong bridging knowledge, matching product against the company's lender criteria * Promote all bridging products against residential & semi-commercial & commercial properties * Hit set yearly targets * Research the market, identifying new business opportunities * Stay property-focused and aware of changes in the market * Point of contact for brokers, intermediaries, and the wider team * Work closely with underwriters, and case managers to ensure smooth & efficient drawdowns * Attend regular meetings Our client in turn will be provided with an attractive salary, generous commission, and fantastic company benefits alongside full support, providing the opportunity to be part of a friendly and professional team.
